Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days within the US. Infrared saunas ship via freight carrier and may take 10-15 business days. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $99. All infrared saunas ship free regardless of order total.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you can return it per our Return Policy.

Are your saunas safe?
Our infrared saunas are designed for general wellness use. Please review our Health & Wellness Disclaimer and consult your physician if you have any medical conditions before using a sauna.
Do smart watches and scales provide medical-grade readings?
No. Our fitness trackers and scales are consumer wellness devices, not medical instruments. They provide estimates for general fitness tracking. See our Wellness Disclaimer for details.
Are your digital products downloadable?
Yes. Digital products (ebooks, courses) are delivered via email with download links or access credentials immediately after purchase. Digital product sales are final.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
30 days for most physical products, 14 days for unassembled saunas (15% restocking fee), and no returns on digital products. See our full Return & Refund Policy.
How long do refunds take?
5-7 business days to process after we receive your return, plus 5-10 business days for it to appear on your statement.
