We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, here's how returns work:
Physical Products — 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for most physical products.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- You must provide your order number and reason for return
Non-returnable items:
- Bedding products (pillows, quilts) that have been opened/used — for hygiene reasons
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items damaged through misuse
Infrared Saunas — Special Return Policy
Due to the size and shipping cost of saunas:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if sauna is unassembled and in original packaging
- A restocking fee of 15% applies to sauna returns
- Return shipping for saunas is the customer's responsibility
- Assembled saunas cannot be returned unless defective
Digital Products — No Returns
All sales of digital products (ebooks, courses, apps, downloads) are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns once the content has been delivered or accessed. If you experience technical issues accessing your digital purchase, contact us and we will resolve the issue.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
How to Start a Return
Email us at returns@mycustomstore.net with:
- Your order number
- Which item(s) you'd like to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos (if applicable)
We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the replacement.
